A Time to Kiln is an art studio where you can create your own masterpiece in pottery, glass fusing, and mosaics. We are a walk in studio, no appointment necessary. We offer children and adult party packages; special group and school rates and gift certificates.

Mike Quon is principal and creative director of Designation, Inc., a graphic design firm that creates memorable visual communications, corporate identities and illustration for marketing, advertising and promotion. Art and design are integral to Mike’s life, as he learned to draw at a young age from his dad who was an art director at BBDO and animator at Disney. (Remember the dancing mushrooms and the goldfish in Fantasia?) A graduate of UCLA School of Design, Mike launched his own career as an art director at J. Walter Thompson and Young and Rubicam before establishing his award-winning design office in New York City 30 years ago. Now based in New Jersey, Designation continues to be a creative resource for many of the leading advertising agencies as well as for small and large companies, publishers, and nonprofit groups.
