If you want to volunteer with Blankie Depot as a community service project, Scouting award or club activity, please complete the form below.

If your entire class, troop or school is participating, please ask your advisor or principal to complete one form. The information you give us will not be given out to anyone. We just want to make sure that your parents/teachers/advisors know that you are volunteering for our organization and that it is OK with them.
